A dynamic and inclusive college in London is seeking a qualified Electrical Installations Lecturer to deliver high-quality learning experiences across City & Guilds Level 1 and 2 Electrical Installations. This role involves both practical and theory delivery, alongside preparation of learning resources and active monitoring of student attendance to promote strong achievement and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and up-to-date lessons across Level 1 & 2 Electrical Installations
  • Prepare resources and schemes of work to support student learning
  • Track and monitor attendance and engagement to maximise success
  • Provide effective assessment and feedback in line with awarding body standards
  • Foster a safe and inclusive workshop and classroom environment

Person Specification:

  • A minimum Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Level 3 or higher preferred)
  • The A1 Assessor Award (essential)
  • IQA qualification (highly desirable)
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge and a learner-focused approach
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
