Think FE are proud to be working with a fantastic college in the West Midlands who are looking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Business Lecturer to join a dynamic and supportive team. The college is committed to delivering high-quality education and enhancing their learners' experience, so they’re seeking a proactive professional who is eager to inspire and shape the minds of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons for Levels 2 and 3 Business as well as T-levels
- Providing interactive and engaging lessons
- Creating and providing resources to aid in student learning
- Assessing, monitoring, supporting, and providing feedback on students' work to ensure progress
- Adapting to varying class sizes (typically between 20-30 students)
Essential Requirements:
- A Degree in Business or a related subject
- A recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE or CertEd. We also welcome other teaching qualifications
- Prior teaching experience, and an in-depth knowledge of Business (ideally at A-Level specifically)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Upon offer and prior to commencement of employment, you will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
