The Opportunity
We are recruiting for two Admin Assistants to join a busy and welcoming college in Northamptonshire. These roles are ideal for individuals with a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and a desire to contribute to a supportive educational environment. Term-time only availability is on offer for the part-time role, offering flexibility to suit different lifestyles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Tracking and managing student absences
- Organising key meetings with college staff, students, and parents
- Supporting core college events
- Acting as a main point of contact for staff, students, and external visitors
- Preparing paperwork and sending invitations for EHCP reviews
- Producing letters and general communications
What do you need?
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- GCSE Maths and English (A–C / 4–9)
- Strong customer service experience
- Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with data – extracting, reporting, and inputting into systems
