Role Description

The Lettings Portfolio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Haydock.

This position is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring that landlords and tenants receive timely, professional support.

Day-to-day tasks include managing tenancy applications and renewals, coordinating property marketing, arranging and following up on viewings, and handling tenant referencing and move-in processes.

The role also involves organizing inspections and maintenance, managing compliance documentation, and addressing tenancy issues in line with legal and company policies.

The Lettings Portfolio Manager will work closely with colleagues to achieve occupancy targets, maintain accurate records, and deliver a high standard of customer service.
