An established and well regarded primary school in South East London is seeking an experienced and committed senior leader to join the school from September on a 12-month fixed term contract. The school is open to appointing either an Assistant Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher, with leadership responsibility shaped around the successful candidate’s experience and strengths.

The Role

  • Take on a key role within the senior leadership team
  • Combine a class based teaching commitment (Years 1-6, depending on experience and preference) with leadership responsibilities
  • Support the ongoing development of teaching, learning and whole school standards
  • Contribute to wider school improvement and strategic priorities
