Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised learning sessions aligned with Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Support the student's academic progress in core subjects such as English and Maths
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
- Build a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Liaise with school staff and Think Education to monitor progress
Requirements:
- Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 2
- Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate learners on a one-to-one basis
- Relevant qualifications xgikmsk or tutoring/teaching experience preferred
