Think Education is working with a successful education Trust in Manchester to recruit an ambitious and experienced Vice Principal – Behaviour for one of their secondary schools. This is a key senior leadership opportunity for an experienced secondary leader with a strong track record in behaviour, culture and school improvement.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Lead and develop whole-school behaviour strategies
- Drive high expectations and a positive school culture
- Improve behaviour, attitudes and engagement
- Develop staff confidence and consistency around behaviour
- Work strategically as part of the senior leadership team
