Think Education is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced English teacher operating at middle leadership level. This is not a standard classroom teaching role. The successful candidate will work at Trust Headquarters, supporting English across the Trust and helping to drive curriculum, teaching and standards across multiple schools.
We’re particularly keen to hear from current Heads of English / Heads of Department or experienced English leaders who are ready to take their impact beyond one school.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong English teaching experience
- Middle leadership / HoD experience
- Excellent curriculum knowledge
- A passion for improving teaching and outcomes
- The confidence to work with and influence colleagues across a Trust
