About the Role
Think Education Partners are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants on behalf of a well-regarded mainstream primary school in NG10. This position offers flexible working arrangements between Monday and Friday, within standard school hours. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the classroom, working collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure pupils remain engaged, supported, and able to achieve their academic potential within a structured and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assist with literacy and numeracy interventions
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
