Think Education Partners are working exclusively with a primary school in Westerham. This school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support across the school. This is a great opportunity for someone who is calm, supportive and confident working with children with a range of needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with physical, emotional or educational needs
- Deliver and monitor interventions under teacher direction
- Support behaviour, wellbeing and personal development
- Assist with classroom organisation, resources and daily routines
- Carry out personal care where required
- Record observations and feedback for senior staff
- Respond to pupil needs and simple queries
- Report safeguarding or behaviour concerns promptly
- Experience supporting children (school or childcare experience preferred)
- Confident with SEN, behaviour support and classroom routines
- Positive, patient and reliable
- Able to work as part of a team and follow guidance
