Think Education Partners are working exclusively with a primary school in Westerham. This school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support across the school. This is a great opportunity for someone who is calm, supportive and confident working with children with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with physical, emotional or educational needs
  • Deliver and monitor interventions under teacher direction
  • Support behaviour, wellbeing and personal development
  • Assist with classroom organisation, resources and daily routines
  • Carry out personal care where required
  • Record observations and feedback for senior staff
  • Respond to pupil needs and simple queries
  • Report safeguarding or behaviour concerns promptly
