Think Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate tutor to support a Key Stage 3 student on a one-to-one basis at a setting in Hull.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised learning sessions aligned with Key Stage 3 curriculum
• Support the student's academic progress in core subjects such as English and Maths
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
• Build a positive and encouraging learning environment
• Liaise with staff and Think Education to monitor progress

Requirements:

• Experience working with secondary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 3
• Experience of working with students who have SEMH
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners on a one-to-one basis
• Relevant qualifications or tutoring/teaching experience preferred
