Think Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate HLTA to work in a SEMH setting in Featherstone.

The successful candidate will work closely with student's to build confidence, reinforce core skills, and provide tailored academic support within a school setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised learning sessions
- Support the student’s academic progress in core subjects such as English and Maths as well as other subjects
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
- Build a positive and encouraging learning environment
Requirements
- Experience working with children in across Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 4
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate learners
- Relevant qualifications or teaching experience preferred
