An experienced and proactive Attendance & Inclusion professional is sought to take on a key role supporting student engagement, attendance and safeguarding within a secondary setting. This is a varied position with both strategic and operational elements, working closely with senior leadership to drive improvements in attendance, inclusion and student welfare.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead and support attendance and inclusion initiatives
- Analyse attendance data to identify trends and implement targeted interventions
- Work closely with pastoral teams, safeguarding leads and external agencies
- Engage with students and families to remove barriers to attendance and education
- Contribute to a culture of high expectations and strong student outcomes
