THINK Recruitment are working with St Vincent’s Hospice to recruit their new Trust Fundraising Manager. For more than 38 years, St Vincent’s Hospice has been at the heart of the Renfrewshire community, providing specialist palliative and end‑of‑life care to individuals and families facing life‑limiting illness. Supporting people across Renfrewshire and adjoining North Ayrshire communities, their services include in‑patient care, community support, family and bereavement services, counselling, well‑being support and outreach programmes. Every year, their dedicated staff and volunteers provide compassionate care and support to hundreds of patients, families and carers, helping people live as fully and comfortably as possible.

To achieve their mission they are looking for a Trusts Fundraising Manager who will cultivate and develop a pipeline of opportunities and ensure an excellent funder experience, to provide St Vincent’s Hospice with sustainable income. The Trusts Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing trust income. There is a robust pipeline in place with steady and stable income from a variety of funders, and scope to look beyond the pipeline and work with the service delivery teams to identify new funding opportunities. This specialist manager role would suit someone who is already operating at a senior trust fundraiser level, or someone who can demonstrate experience of developing a trust and grant pipeline, creating compelling applications and directly delivering income success.
