THINK Recruitment is working with Coeliac UK to recruit a Head of Public Fundraising.
The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK, responsible for driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising, and merchandise.
The role focuses on delivering Coeliac UK’s 5‑year fundraising strategy to maximise return on investment, grow long‑term supporter value, and support the charity’s mission.
Responsibilities
Embed and deliver comprehensive fundraising strategies, grow the supporter base and income, build new and under‑developed income streams, and communicate effectively with audiences to expand reach.
Encourage financial and non‑financial support to achieve the organisation’s mission.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of individual giving fundraising.
- Strategic oversight and leadership across multiple income streams.
- Hands‑on expertise of an individual giving fundraiser.
- Experience in community fundraising, events, and digital fundraising, including data and supporter care functions.
- Senior level experience in a charity (Senior Manager or Head of a specific income stream).
- Location
Hybrid: a minimum of one day per week in the High Wycombe office (HP11 2QW) with additional flexibility for in‑person meetings and events.
