Damp and Mould Surveyor Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester(Office, patch and home based) Temporary Contract (minimum 3 months, with potential for extension) Up to £32.00 per hour Immediate start Think Community Partnership are seeking a skilled and proactive Damp and Mould Surveyor to join our client on a temporary basis. Covering properties across Worcester, Cheltenham, and Gloucester, you will play a key role in identifying, diagnosing, and recommending solutions for damp and mould issues within residential properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out thorough property inspections to identify and diagnose damp and mould issues. Produce detailed reports outlining findings, root causes, and recommendations for remedial action. Collaborate with maintenance teams, contractors, and internal staff to implement solutions efficiently.
