We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Male Support Workers to join a Mental Health Service on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidates will work within a 2:1 care package, providing essential support to service users with a history of self-harm and challenging behaviours. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working with individuals with mental health challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are committed to providing high-quality care, ensuring service users are supported in a safe and therapeutic environment.
