Think Community Care is a values-based healthcare agency. We are recruiting for experienced support workers who share our passion to care and support individuals and to help empower them to make their own lives better. We want support workers who want to make the difference.

We have a variety of positions, Permanent, Temp to Perm and Agency Bank, depending on what you are looking for.

Personal care required for roles.

Benefits: Permanent and Temp to Perm positions

  • GBP12.50
  • You will need to work a rota, working alternate weekends
  • Day shifts, long days, early and late shifts need to be worked
  • 7am-10pm, 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm

Benefits: Agnecy bank positions

  • GBP12.82 – GBP14.50
  • Block bookings, for Support Workers who prefer stability
  • Flexibility, for Support Workers who prefer to work around their personal life
  • On the day shifts for those that prefer a higher rate of pay

We will give you the flexibility to choose your own shifts, with a range of shift patterns and part time or full-time hours available. We have positions within OFSTED and CQC regulated services depending on your preference.

Our support workers enjoy the stability of working for one client or if they so choose to work in different environments allowing then to gain new experiences and skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 month s experience as a Support Worker in the UK within the last 2 years
  • Driving Licence is essential to be considered for the role
  • Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage
  • Up to date mandatory training would also be an advantage
