RGN / RMN

Think Community Care is just like our nurses hard working and caring. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our ever-growing bank team to cover shifts in our nursing homes and mental health hospitals within Sunderland and the surrounding areas.

As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. You will enjoy a wide range of responsibilities, from nurturing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN), you’ll have the freedom and trust to do things the right way – and truly feel valued and respected. Make a difference in a setting that needs it the most.

• Minimum 1 year’s recent work experience as an RGN/RMN in a nursing home or Mental Health Hospital

• NMC Registered

• Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage

• Up to date mandatory training would also be an advantage

• High rates of pay £25 – £32 per hour

• Block bookings, for nurses who prefer stability
