Think Community Care is a values-based healthcare agency. We are recruiting for experienced service managers or team leaders who share our passion to care and support individuals and to help empower them to make their own lives better. We want a service manager who wants to make the difference. Managing a supported accommodation for 16-25 year olds, helping vulnerable people with housing related challenges as well as life challenges.
Benefits:
- Contract positions available
- High rates of pay £18 - £21 per hour
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
You will be expected to hit the ground running and follow a case load as well as conduct risk assessments and manage a small staff team. We treat our staff like our clients; we want you to feel valued as well as supported, we will always treat you fairly, fairness is the cornerstone of our agency.

Requirements:
- Understanding of OFSTED regulations
- Experience of managing arrears and voids
- Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage
- Up to date mandatory training would also be an advantage
