We are recruiting for an experienced manager or senior who has a passion to care and create a culture which allows their team to provide the best support to individuals and to help empower them to make their own lives better.   • Established team of support workers and team leaders
  • Work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (on call duties 1 in 4-6 weeks)
  • Need to be a car driver

If you have good leadership skills and can demonstrate your experience managing a team within a CQC registered service including a deep knowledge of autism and mental health.

Requirements
  • Ideally Management / Leadership qualification within Health & Social Care level 5
  • Minimum level 3
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing a team of support workers and seniors
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing a social care service including training, appraisals
  • Good IT Skills
