We are recruiting for an experienced registered manager who has a passion to care and create a culture which allows their team to provide the best support to individuals and to help empower them to make their own lives better. If you have good leadership skills and can demonstrate your experience managing a team within a CQC registered service including a deep knowledge of autism and mental health.
Requirements:
- Ideally Management / Leadership qualification within Health & Social Care level 5
- Minimum level 3
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a team of support workers and seniors
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a social care service including training, appraisals
- Good IT Skills
