Job Title: Support Worker – Children’s Residential ServiceContract: Full-Time / Part-Time AvailableWe are seeking passionate, empathetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join a Children’s Residential Service, providing specialist therapeutic care and education for vulnerable children. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who have experienced the devastating effects of child sexual exploitation.Roles & Responsibilities:As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include: Providing one-on-one support to children aged 11-18 years, empowering them and offering tailored care to meet their individual needs. Ensuring that OFSTED regulations and standards are consistently adhered to within the service. Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and supported. Encouraging positive behaviour and providing guidance to help children develop life skills. * Supporting with daily routines

and activities in a therapeutic and person-centred approach. Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and progress of the children in your care, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.About the Service:The home is a spacious and welcoming environment designed to provide comfort and security to the children in our care. It includes: A dedicated games room for recreational activities. Comfortable living areas where children can engage and relax. Large, individualised bedrooms for each child, ensuring they have their own space to grow and thrive.Candidate Requirements:The ideal candidate will: Have experience working in a Children’s Residential service, following OFSTED standards. Be empathetic, confident, and enthusiastic in supporting young people. Have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children. Be a driver, with the ability to travel to and from the service. * Please note that workers cannot be on
