Think Community Care is a values-based healthcare agency. We are recruiting for experienced residential support workers who share our passion to care and support young people and to help empower them to make their own lives better. We want support workers who want to make the difference.

No sponsorship, permanent roles:

  • Children's homes, Autism & EBD
  • £13.20ph - £13.55ph
  • Various shift patterns, depending on if the home's specialism
  • Sleep-in
  • Rolling Rota
  • Weekend Work

UK Driving Licence is desirable. Agency roles, minimum availability required is 24 hours per week.

A dedicated expert (your consultant) to be by your side 24/7; every step of the process, and to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for!

High rates of pay £14.85 - £16.74 per hour. Block bookings, for Support Workers who prefer stability. Flexibility, for Support Workers who prefer to work around their personal life. On the day shifts for those that prefer a higher rate of pay.
