We are looking for an ambitious individual with exceptional sales and 3D designing and rendering skills for our kitchen and wardrobe projects. The clients we attract are interested in premium and unique designs; therefore, an eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to close deals are essential for this role.
The hiring company is a bespoke, high-end construction company located in Isleworth. This is a full-time on-site role as a Kitchen Designer with Sales Experience. It will be your responsibility to ensure clients are provided with exceptional service and it is essential that leads are converted into sales.
You will be responsible for ensuring clients are contacted in a timely manner, booked in for a design visit, invited to the showroom, as well as being provided with a quotation document containing all the project requirements and 3D plans. You will work closely with other designers/sales teams and the production team to ensure client requirements are met to the highest standards. You will receive full support from the company to ensure you meet and exceed your targets.
Commission: This role operates on a commission-only basis. You will earn commissions based on sales generated, in accordance with the agreed-upon commission structure.
Safety Net: In the event that no sales are made within a given period, you will receive £1,500 to cover living costs. This is a safety fund designed to ensure you have a guaranteed income during slower periods.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to enquiries across all platforms (emails, text messages, social media, and phone calls).
- Day-to-day use of CRM system to log in sales (Training will be provided).
- Assist clients with their queries via texts, emails, phone calls, and site visits.
- Attend site visits to discuss detailed requirements and to take measurements of the area to start the planning process.
- Invite clients to visit the showroom and build a positive rapport to help close deals and secure deposit payments.
- Provide a quotation document to clients with 3D designs, all selected materials, and finalized details.
- Quality control: Quality checks and sign off before presenting to the client.
- Pass on project details to the Operations manager to start the production process.
- Provide invoices and receive payments from clients.
Must have:
- Exceptional sales experience and ability to close deals.
- Eager to make money and build connections with clients.
- Experience in bespoke carpentry, joinery, construction, or interior design industries.
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own car.
- Experience using 3D design software such as ArtiCad or similar.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other designers and sales teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
