Recruiter / Trainer Hertfordshire | Up to £30,000 Are you an experienced care professional who enjoys the people side of care, but is ready to step into something a little different? We’re working with a well-established, growing home care provider looking for a Recruiter / Trainer to join their team. This isn’t a role where you’ll be sitting behind a desk recruiting all day. You’ll be right in the middle of the operation — finding the right people, getting them onboarded, helping them develop and supporting the wider team day to day. What will you be doing? You’ll take ownership of the recruitment and onboarding journey for new care staff, including: * Sourcing and attracting new care professionals * Interviewing and selecting candidates * Managing onboarding and pre-employment checks * Delivering and supporting training * Helping new starters settle into the business * Supporting care staff and the wider team day to day * Working closely with the Registered Manager and senior team * Keeping recruitment organised, proactive and moving * Getting involved wherever needed to keep things running smoothly The training side can be taught, so you don’t need to arrive as a fully-fledged trainer. What matters more is that you understand care, are organised, confident with people and can pick things up quickly. Who would suit this? This could be a great move for someone currently working as a: * Senior Carer * Field Care Supervisor / Care Coordinator * Care Coordinator * Care Trainer * Care Home Administrator * Senior care professional looking for a different direction You’ll need experience within care and a good understanding of what makes a great care worker. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who gets stuck in. This is a hands-on environment where everyone plays their part. You’ll need to be organised, practical and happy to roll your sleeves up rather than waiting for someone else to sort things out. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a varied role - combining recruitment, training, people and operations. If you’re organised, approachable, confident and the sort of person who naturally gets things done, we’d love to hear from you
