Registered Manager – Homecare Hertfordshire | £45,000 per annum Are you an experienced Registered Manager who knows what it takes to run a busy domiciliary care service - and has the ambition to take it to the next level? We’re working with an established, family-run homecare provider looking for a confident, hands-on Registered Manager to lead a busy and growing branch in Hertfordshire. With around 1,500 hours of care delivered each week, and plans to grow to 2,000 hours in the near future, this is an opportunity for someone who can balance strong operational management with high-quality, person-centred care. The role You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running and continued development of the service, working alongside an experienced operations team and established branch staff. The service provides a range of support to people in their own homes, including personal care, companionship, waking and sleeping nights, live-in care and commissioned care packages. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards, developing the team and driving continuous improvement, with the ambition of achieving an Outstanding CQC rating. What we’re looking for * Previous experience managing a large domiciliary care branch delivering at least 1,500 care hours per week. * A strong understanding of CQC requirements, compliance and quality assurance. * The ability to lead, support and develop a team while maintaining high standards of care. * Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage growth, service delivery and operational performance. * A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership, make decisions and drive improvement. * A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
