We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager and a Team Leader to work in the children's care sector (EBD, LD, autism). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the children are fully supported with excellent levels of care.

The Role:
- Overseeing the delivery of care services for children, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
- Ensuring strict compliance with Ofsted
- Managing staff and resources effectively
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
- Following of policies and procedures
The Candidate:
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 3 or working towards it
- Experience of working with vulnerable children
- Ofsted experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Have a strong character and be a good communicator
- Be a reflective leader
- Want to develop their own style of management
- Work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service
- Worked as a deputy manager or senior or team lead in the children's sector
- Flexible to work different shifts including some nights
