At THINK BEYOND we are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and help expand our presence across the UK market.
As a Salesforce consulting partner, we work with companies that are scaling their sales, operations, and customer experience processes and need expert support with Salesforce implementation, optimization, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
This role is focused on strategic outbound prospecting and pipeline generation - identifying organizations that can benefit from Salesforce solutions and creating qualified opportunities for our Sales Manager. This is not a high-volume transactional SDR role. We are looking for someone who enjoys thoughtful outreach.
