The Role
- Lead audits from planning through to completion
- Prepare and review statutory accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Work closely with Directors across a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SMEs
- Identify opportunities to add value and improve client service
What We're Looking For
- Recent UK accountancy practice experience is essential
- Currently operating at Audit Senior level or ready to step into a Senior position
- Strong audit and accounts experience gained within practice
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- ACA or ACCA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
