Role Overview:

This is a highly commercial role with freedom and flexibility creatively to develop a winning approach to maximise online sales. We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our online sales, collaborating closely with the owner to promote the business locally and nationally, increasing brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate will have a real interest in jewellery, love engaging with customers, and be a self-starter who thrives working at pace and delivering real commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build online presence.
  • Drive traffic to the websites through effective website management, development, and SEO.
  • Manage socials to make them the family jeweller of choice across Staffordshire through proactive engaging content management.
  • Drive and manage online sales.
  • Manage our full online presence and user experience.
  • Create powerful listening skills across all platforms, maximising sales conversions.
  • Ensure all listings and the website have visual impact to drive sales.
  • Lead the creative style to maximise interest and sales, personally photographing watches in-house.
  • Implement consistent marketing campaigns to drive online enquiries and footfall.
