We're working with a fantastic business looking for an organised and detail-oriented finance professional to join their team on an initial 2 month contract , with the potential for an extension based on workload, performance, and upcoming projects.
This is a busy, varied role where you'll play a key part in supporting the finance function, ensuring supplier accounts are managed accurately and payments are processed efficiently.
The Role As part of the finance team, your responsibilities will include: Managing supplier accounts and maintaining accurate account information.
Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and account queries.
Preparing payment runs for approval.
Posting and allocating cash receipts and payments.
Reconciling supplier accounts and ensuring records remain up to date.
Liaising with both internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries promptly.
About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience.
Confident processing invoices in a fast-paced environment.
