Financieel Manager (MT lid)

Think Accountancy and Finance are excited to partner with a growing organisation based in Hemel Hempstead, seeking an up and coming Finance Manager. As a key member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Finance Director and support the organisation in a wide range of financial activities. Prepare financial reports and present insights to the management team Provide strategic financial insights to aid long-term planning and decision-making Lead, mentor, and support a Finance Assistant encouraging development and progression Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control functions Prepare Management Accounts Support audit processes and statutory reporting Provide financial data and insights Payroll Qualified by Experience or a Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Experience in payroll processing Strong IT skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks or other cloud-based software Ability to travel across multiple sites (access to own car is required) Strong Excel skills This position presents a great opportunity for someone to progress within the business as it grows. This role requires someone in the office full time and travel between sites. Once in the role and more established there will be some flexibility in time in the office.
