What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full accounts preparation and oversight for a range of clients
- Managing and mentoring junior staff, overseeing their work, and supporting development
- Handling audits – running and managing company audits where required
- Producing and reviewing management accounts
- Advising on a wide variety of taxes, including Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, VAT, CIS, and PAYE
- Working directly with clients – holding face-to-face meetings and building strong relationships
- Promoting the practice, attending networking events, LinkedIn engagement, and growing client base
- Supporting office and practice managers with timetabling, budgets, and strategic initiatives
