The culture is collaborative, supportive and genuinely focused on people development. Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, build relationships externally and continue developing professionally within a business that values long-term careers rather than short-term targets.

  • High-quality work with an established client base
  • A collaborative “one team” culture across departments
  • Real influence over departmental growth and strategy

This is an opportunity to join a business where your contribution will be recognised, your ideas welcomed and your career supported as part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

The Opportunity

As Head of Commercial Property, you will take ownership of a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload while leading and developing the wider department. • Advising developers, SMEs and investors
  • Business development and client relationship management

Alongside your caseload, you will mentor and support junior team members, contribute to departmental strategy and help drive profitability and growth across the commercial property offering.

About You

The successful candidate will likely have:

  • 5+ years PQE within Commercial Property
  • Strong technical knowledge across commercial property matters
  • Experience managing a complex caseload independently
  • Previous supervision or leadership experience
  • Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
  • A collaborative and approachable leadership style
