Accounting Supervisor / Management Accountant in Borehamwood

Are you an experienced Management Accountant with a background in retail or hospitality? Our client, a dynamic business based in Borehamwood, is seeking a Management Accountant to support their finance team and play a vital role in driving financial performance. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for preparing key financial statements, monitoring company performance, and providing critical financial insights to senior management and non-financial stakeholders. Perform balance sheet reconciliations Produce financial reports and variance analyses (actual vs. Identify financial risks and present findings to senior leadership Communicate key financial data to non-financial managers Manage the company's bank accounts Manage accounts receivable Generate statistical reports and perform financial analysis Support month-end and year-end audits Proven experience in a similar, varied Management Accountant role Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software A solid understanding of discounted cash flows Excellent bookkeeping knowledge Strong communication skills, particularly when liaising with non-financial stakeholders Think Accountancy and Finance is the finance division of Think Specialist Recruitment, an independent recruitment agency based in Hemel Hempstead and working across the Herts, Beds and Bucks area.
