Think Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Beeston Shenton Solicitors, a highly respected and growing independent law firm, to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their successful Wills, Probate & Estate Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, modern practice with an outstanding reputation for client care, professional development and long-term career progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- Advising clients on Estate Planning and Succession Planning
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning
- Supporting High-Net-Worth Private Client matters
- Court of Protection work (where appropriate)
- Building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional client care
- Working closely with colleagues to generate cross-referral opportunities
We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years' PQE within Private Client
- Experience managing their own caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A compassionate, empathetic approach
- Strong drafting and organisational abilities
- Commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- STEP qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous
