Think Academy International Education Limited is looking for passionate graduates to join our UK Leadership Programme. The future leader of the team have to be the very best; it’s hard work for sure, but the sense of achievement when it all comes together is second to none. You might not have any management experience, however, if you are prepared to work hard and consider yourself to be results driven, determined and resilient then you may be just what we are looking for.
What you will be doing:
- Marketing & Business Development: become an expert in brand management and PR; grow Think Academy brand equity using both digital marketing tools and various marketing channels in the UK; acquire leads and work closely with course consultants to convert leads into customers sustainably by building a digital marketing platform and ecosystem online; take responsibility for student enrolment target for the assigned product line.
- Project Management: initiate & lead new projects and motivate the team; present proposals and progression reports to senior management; work closely with teaching management team to maintain high client retention rate.
- Teaching: participate in course development, localise the course materials and produce innovative promotional contents to attract prospective clients; attend group preparation with other tutors to finalise Lesson Plans, conduct Mock Sessions, provide Peer Reviews and other practices, ensure consistency of course delivery across the year group; promote the courses to local communities via initiating marketing events, e.g. offer free trial sessions, workshops/seminars or other marketing campaigns; provide high-quality online live sessions towards large groups of students (group size may vary from 8 to 20); sessions are normally delivered after school hours (later afternoon and weekends); collect clients’ feedback during and after delivery.

Requirements of the role:
- Graduate from a recognised university with 2.1 degree or above
- Proficient English in communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong articulation skills
- Knowledgeable of UK education system
- Relevant work experience in education industry, customer service and/or marketing related role
- Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative as well as a team player
- Quick thinker and fast learner
- Innovative and resilient
- Adaptable and flexible
