Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
Duties
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and provide recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed consultancy services.
- Maintain client's record and data clearly to assist senior management for efficient decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales/customer service role or similar position.
- Previous work experience in educational industry is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging audiences of varying backgrounds.
- Excellent language skills, especially spoken English. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not compulsory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving. Keen to exceed expectations.
- Proven experience in always hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
- Resilient and capable of working under pressure.
Compensation
Base salary + attractive commission based on traffic and conversion targets.
