About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Data integrity to own and lead the operational processes responsible for ensuring telematics devices are installed, remain operational, and continue to deliver data consistently. This is a key role requiring strong operational oversight, analytical skills, and process optimisation expertise.
The right candidate will be hands-on in monitoring current processes, quick to identify areas for improvement, and proactive in driving efficiency. You will own and refine critical processes including onboarding, tamper management, and device returns, while ensuring robust KPIs and reporting are in place.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and oversee all device operations processes (e.g., onboarding, etc) to ensure devices are installed quickly and remain active.
- Lead and develop Data Operations, ensuring the area deliver consistently against SLAs and KPIs.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, ensuring processes are both effective and efficient.
- Use strong analytical skills to identify gaps, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth, end-to-end operational delivery.
- Manage incidents and escalations relating to device performance from a business perspective, ensuring rapid resolution and business continuity.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, creating new processes and enhancing existing ones to strengthen operational resilience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in operations management, ideally in insurance/telematics/connected device environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in creating and optimising processes.
- Track record of managing teams and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly organised, with a focus on results.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience (preferred).
Work Location
Hybrid remote role, based in Newcastle upon Tyne (NE12) or London preferred.
Schedule
Full-time, permanent. Monday to Friday
