Job description Packing Operative – Double Day Shifts Proudly recruited by THH Recruitment on behalf of our client THH Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company, currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Table Hand Operative to join their busy Packing and Labelling Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Follow detailed job instructions to pack, label, and Assemble products accurately. * Inspect printed materials for defects such as smears or errors, and report any issues to the Supervisor. * Complete all required documentation related to packing and fulfilment processes. * Work efficiently to meet daily production targets. * Operate packing, finishing, and fulfilment equipment (full training provided). * Pack finished goods securely to prevent damage during transit, while meeting customer specifications. Shift Pattern 1 – Double Day Shifts (Rotating Weekly): * Week 1: Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 2:00pm * Week 2: Monday to Thursday – 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Friday – 12:00pm to 8:00pm Shift Pattern 2 - Straight Nights * Sunday - Thursday - 10pm-6am What We’re Looking For: * Good understanding of written and spoken English (to follow detailed job instructions). * Previous experience in a similar packing or fulfilment role preferred. * A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to remain calm, focused, and accurate under pressure. * Hardworking, dependable, and flexible with duties and shift requirements. * Comfortable working to tight deadlines. * Immediate availability to start is essential
