This position is working a three rotating shift pattern:
- 5:45am-1:45pm Week 1 - Mornings
- 1:45pm - 9:45pm Week 2 - Afternoons
- 9:45pm - 5:45am Week 3 - Nights

Position Details:
- Role: Production / Machine Operative
- Location: Normanton, WF6
- Weekly Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday):
- AM Shift: 5:45 am - 1:45 pm
- PM Shift: 1:45 pm - 9:45 pm
- Night Shift: 9:45 pm - 5:45 am
Responsibilities:
- Working on production lines to manufacture parts with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate and manage machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a 3 shift pattern.
- Team player with good communication skills.
