Responsibilities
- Follow detailed job instructions to pack, collate, and finish products accurately.
- Inspect finished materials for defects and errors.
- Complete all required documentation related to packing and fulfilment processes.
- Work efficiently to meet nightly production targets.
- Operate packing, finishing, and fulfilment equipment (full training provided).
- Pack finished goods securely to prevent damage during transit, while meeting customer specifications.
- Basic running of production line and machine operation. Shift Pattern – Night Shift:
* Sunday to Thursday – 10:00pm to 6:00am What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of written and spoken English (to follow detailed job instructions).
- Ability to hit realistic targets.
- Previous experience in a similar packing or fulfilment role preferred.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and accurate under pressure.
- Hardworking, dependable, and flexible with duties and shift requirements.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
