THG Labs in Frome is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) – Shift Lead to drive proactive and reactive maintenance, minimise production disruption and ensure timely delivery of works. Reporting to Head of Projects & Engineering, you will schedule tasks, raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
The role requires:
- A time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Strong fault-finding in mechanical systems
- The ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment
