About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Executive to support the delivery of global B2B marketing activity for THG Manufacturing. Reporting directly to and working alongside the Commercial Director, you will help build the THG Manufacturing co-manufacturing brand and deliver campaigns that strengthen awareness, engagement, and commercial growth across FMCG, wellness, and sports nutrition markets worldwide.
In this hands-on role, you will support activity across demand generation, digital marketing, brand positioning, industry trade shows, content, and sales enablement across our core manufacturing technologies.
As a Marketing Executive you will:
Brand & Market Positioning
- Reinvent the Brand: Support the repositioning and development of the visual identity of THG Manufacturing, elevating our presence as an elite, premium global co-manufacturer.
- Value Proposition: Support the development and articulation of differentiated value propositions for each capability pillar (powders, bars, tableting/capsules, and fruit preparations).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global FMCG, nutraceutical, and co-manufacturing industry trends, competitive movements, and ingredient innovations to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- Demand Generation: Support the planning, implementation, and optimisation of inbound and outbound B2B lead generation campaigns to supply our commercial sales team with high-value pipeline opportunities.
- Digital Ecosystem & Website: Support the development, optimisation, and ongoing maintenance of the THG Manufacturing digital presence, creating an intuitive, high-converting digital storefront.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Support technical and content SEO activity to strengthen organic search visibility for contract manufacturing, private label, and co-manufacturing terms globally.
- Paid & Performance Marketing: Support targeted B2B paid media (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search, programmatic B2B networks) with a sharp focus on CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and ROI.
Exhibitions, Trade Shows & Experiential Marketing
- Global Event Presence: Support the planning, design, and execution of world-class exhibition stands at leading international industry trade shows (e.g., Vitafoods Europe, SupplySide West, Food Matters Live, Fi Europe).
- End-to-End Activation: Coordinate stand build logistics, booth design, interactive sampling stations, pre-show outreach, on-site engagement, and rigorous post-event lead qualification.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Collateral
- Collateral Suite: Coordinate the creation of best-in-class capability decks, interactive digital brochures, technical specification sheets, whitepapers, video tours, and case studies.
- Commercial Alignment: Partner closely with Commercial Directors, Business Development Managers, and R&D/NPD teams to ensure marketing assets directly accelerate commercial sales cycles.
PR, Communications & Content
- Industry PR: Support relationships with key trade publications, industry bodies, and B2B media to secure high-profile features, thought leadership placement, and award recognitions.
- Leadership Visibility: Support the positioning of THG Manufacturing key leaders as authoritative voices on supply chain resilience, formulation science, and manufacturing quality.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
Essential Requirements
- B2B Marketing Experience: Relevant experience (typically 1-2 years or recent marketing graduate) delivering B2B marketing activity within B2B manufacturing, contract/co-manufacturing, FMCG, ingredients, packaging, or life sciences.
- End-to-End Brand Building: Experience supporting brand development or repositioning within B2B markets in competitive international markets.
- Commercial Acumen & Lead Gen: Experience supporting lead generation through integrated campaigns, digital channels, content, or industry events.
- Digital Mastery: Working knowledge of B2B digital marketing, CMS platforms, SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Exhibition Expertise: Experience supporting trade shows, exhibitions, events, or other B2B marketing activations.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, operations, technical, and leadership teams.
Desirable Attributes
- Prior experience in nutritional products, sports nutrition, nutraceuticals, food and beverage processing, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with BRCGS, GMP, and food safety standards to translate compliance and technical excellence into compelling marketing narratives.
- International marketing experience across North America, the UK, Europe, and APAC.
Working Pattern & Office Locations
- 3 Days per week: THG Omega Campus, Warrington (flagship operational & manufacturing campus)
- 2 Day per week: Icon 1, Manchester Airport (THG Global Headquarters)
