Core Responsibilities
- Carrying out manual picking and dispatch of customer orders
- Maintaining a high standard of warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Supporting stock control and material handling activities
- FLT (Forklift Truck) Duties
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Moving and storing goods within warehouse racking systems
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Completing all associated paperwork and system transactions accurately
Qualifications and Experience
- FLT licence (Forklift Truck) (Warehouse Only)
- Ability to demonstrate competency in machine operation after a training period
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Physically capable of handling manual tasks
- Basic numeracy and literacy for completing documentation
- Team‑oriented with a flexible, can‑do attitude
- Experience operating production machinery (e.g. tableting, capsule, or mixing equipment)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Familiarity with warehouse or production systems
- Familiarity with Food Manufacturing
