We are looking for an ambitious CRM Executive to support the delivery of the CRM strategy across the UK and Ireland markets. This includes creation of emails, creative excellence, commercial relevancy and customer journeys. You will plan, brief, build and schedule all emails including daily BAU sends, workflows and automated emails and collaborate with eCommerce, Brand and Activation teams to execute channel plans. You will review performance, identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and optimise performance.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day planning across UK and Ireland markets, including creation and build of email marketing and app push campaigns.
- Plan, brief, build and schedule all emails, including daily BAU sends, workflows and automated emails.
- Work with eCommerce, Brand and Activation teams to execute channel plans.
- Review email performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate) and provide learnings.
- Own creative development to ensure brand representation in every email.
- Identify trends and opportunities with Senior CRM Executive and Senior CRM Manager to optimise performance metrics.
- Plan campaigns and customer incentives ahead of time and coordinate with activation and eCommerce teams.
- Analyze customer behaviour and trends across the beauty markets to inform content.
- Lead project tasks that support the overarching CRM strategy.
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a CRM or similar role.
- Proven experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident presenting to and influencing wider stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills; highly organised and self‑motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Desirable: Experience in beauty, retail or eCommerce CRM, loyalty programmes or customer retention initiatives.
- Team player able to collaborate across functions.
