About the role
Within the Talent Team, we are looking to hire a Talent Executive to focus on talent delivery across the manufacturing arm of the business. This role will be focused on sourcing and engaging top talent across our Manufacturing function, ensuring that we continue to bring exceptional people into the business.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head of Talent and wider Talent team with recruitment across THG Nutrition Manufacturing and other areas of the business when needed.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other attraction methods.
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
- Managing advert responses and screening candidates via telephone.
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Acting as a first point of contact for candidates, representing THG, sharing insight into our business, and promoting career opportunities.
- Maintaining candidate records and pipelines within the ATS.
- Providing regular updates on candidate pipelines and market activity to the Head of Talent and relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting with market mapping and database building for both current and future recruitment needs.
- Working closely with the People Team and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Ensuring candidates are treated as individuals, creating a positive and professional recruitment journey.
Requirements
- 1-2 years previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition role (agency or in-house).
- Experience sourcing candidates in fast-paced environments, manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, or blue-collar recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience using an internal ATS (Greenhouse an advantage)
- Confident in using LinkedIn and job boards to identify and engage talent.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach with the drive to deliver results.
