As Senior Brand Manager for MP Activewear, you will be responsible for bringing the brand's campaigns, collections and product launches to life globally. You will lead the go-to-market strategy for activewear campaigns and product drops, ensuring strong brand storytelling and consistent execution across all channels and markets. Working closely with teams across brand, product, creative and marketing, you will ensure every campaign and launch reflects the performance, style and innovation behind MP Activewear. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer with experience in activewear, sportswear or fashion brands, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building brands that connect with consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market planning for MP Activewear campaigns, collections and product launches
  • Develop clear creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience and product positioning
  • Create campaign toolkits, including messaging, launch plans and channel strategy
  • Work with creative teams to deliver impactful brand campaigns and product storytelling
  • Partner with teams across social, performance marketing, CRM, influencer, PR and commercial to deliver campaigns effectively
  • Work closely with product and design teams to understand product features, fabrics and performance benefits
  • Ensure campaigns are executed across the full marketing funnel - awareness, consideration and conversion
  • Work with regional teams to adapt campaigns for key international markets
  • Ensure all activity remains on-brand and relevant to local audiences
  • Support the delivery of consistent global brand storytelling
  • Use consumer data and campaign insights to improve future campaigns
  • Monitor activewear and fitness trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in Brand Marketing, Creative or Go-To-Market roles, ideally within FMCG, nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Background in activewear, sportswear, fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Strong experience delivering end-to-end campaign launches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with a clear understanding of consumer psychology.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape strategy and execution.

Desirable

  • Experience within sports nutrition, health & wellness or performance-led brands.
  • Exposure to global or multi-market campaign or product launches.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and DTC business models.
