Role purpose
This role is an integral part of the team providing world class customer service to every customer in our Cheshire Oaks ESPA store. You will tailor each consultation to the customer, delivering an enjoyable and natural service, and going above and beyond at every opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Provides world class level of customer service and product knowledge to all customers at all times.
- Build customer relationships using CRM to ensure a tailored shopping experience.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment with a seamless customer journey from welcome to transaction.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
- Support and be involved in events internally and externally.
- Drive sales through the customer journey and deliver personal targets and KPI goals.
- Drive service, sales, loyalty and appointments with customers.
- Maintain store standards and top hygiene standards in all areas; update and maintain VM of all brands.
Skills and experience
- Beauty retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong passion for ESPA and customer service.
- An “always on” approach when at work with strong beauty knowledge and makeup application to self and others.
- Strong communication skills.
- Full availability including weekends and bank holidays is essential.
